Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all it’s components, such as cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.

Return Process

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address: A.SKIN, Street “Vaso Pasha” 2/1, 1001, Tirana, Albania

Returns must be shipped back to our address within 7 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a replacement. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a replacement within the same shipping time, as the first order.

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use DHL services, as the only trackable method to mail your return. We can only process returns for products sold on www.a-skn.com

Refunds

We have a no-cash refund policy. However, we offer product replacement, in case of manufacturing malfunction. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your replacement. The replacement will be sent to your original address. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Restrictions

Please note that A.SKIN shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the user, such as:

Mechanical damage (scratch or impact), moisture damage, bumping from abnormal transportation. Misuse of the device. Damage of the touch.

Damages from voltage fluctuations, lightning, and charging the device with non-original chargers which cause abnormal behavior of the device such as sudden shutdown, and immediate discharge of the battery.

Interference inside the device. Damages from major causes. Questions
